Her portfolio crosses continents, with her having worked in locations including New York, Nairobi, Tuscany, Delhi and Jaipur. Laaj has an excellent reputation in the industry and has been widely complimented in her ability to provide expert advice without overtaking. In 2015, she founded two make-up businesses PRO Make-up London, a make-up and hairstyling training school, and AMA, a make-up agency representing make-up artists in the UK to clients.
